Terms & Conditions- 1 Free Lipid Profile Test

1. This offer entails the voucher holder for a free Lipid Profile Test at participating CSD canteens in select cities of India.
2. There is no mandatory fasting requirement for the test. 
3. Sample collection timing will be from 6 AM to 2 PM, Monday to Sunday.
4. A minimum of 48 hours’ prior notice and maximum of 7 days notice is required to book an appointment. 
5. Vouchers once booked cannot be rescheduled or canceled. If the customer fails to provide the samples at the designated date & time of the collection, the voucher would be deemed to be redeemed.
6. The list of participating health centers may be subject to change.
7. No request for change of date, time, and health center shall be entertained by the Promoter/Agency. If the successful Participant fails to provide the samples at the designated date & time of the collection, the offer will be forfeited in its entirety at the discretion of the Promoter/Agency.
8. In case the successful Participant does not avail the Promo offer on the date and time informed by the Promoter/Agency, the Promoter/Agency shall be relieved of its obligation under the Promo. As such, the successful Participant will have no claim against the Promoter/Agency. In case the Laboratory/ Diagnostic Centre conducting the Health Check-up is not available in
the successful Participant's city of residence, then an alternative Laboratory/ Diagnostic Centre will be aligned for sample collection.
9. Any other cost associated to avail the offer shall be borne by the customer. Any other Health Check-up costs other than the Free Lipid Profile Test shall be borne by the customer at the time of sample collection.
10. The Promoter/Agency makes no representation or warranty of any kind, either express or implied, with respect to the Promo Offer or the laboratory / Diagnostic Centre which is in charge of conducting the Health Check-up under the Promo offer.
11. The Promoter/Agency does not guarantee or make any representation with respect to the correctness, completeness or accuracy of the Health Check-up conducted and reports generated by the Laboratory/ Diagnostic Centre and shall not be liable to any issues/claim/query arising out of such tests conducted. Laboratory/Diagnostic Centre shall be responsible for the
authenticity and accuracy of the same and any claim/query pertaining to it, shall be dealt with by the Laboratory/Diagnostic Centre only.
12. The Promoter/Agency shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the Promo offer.

General Terms & Conditions

1. This voucher offers the user a Free Lipid Profile Test at participating CSD canteens in India.
2. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for “sale”.
3. This offer is not available to employees of Cargill India Pvt. Ltd and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, its clients or agencies or trade partners, dealers, distributors, and their immediate families.
4. Only the purchases made between 10-06-2025 to 10-08-2025 (60 days) will be considered for rewards.
5. The offer is only valid on purchases made in select CSD Outlets.
6. A single bill/invoice with purchase of Cargill Nature Fresh Acti Heart Oil from select outlets of CSD only will be valid for one reward, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs or bill value in that invoice.
7. Photocopied, torn or mutilated Vouchers will not be accepted.
8. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
9. The usage of this voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
10. Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating product), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.
11. No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices will be considered.
12. The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products.
13. The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.
14. Customer purchase invoice should have customer name and mobile number, no registration/booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organization.
15. The customer will need to register the voucher within 7 days of their purchase or before the last date to register i.e. 17/08/2025, whichever is earlier, failing which the voucher will be invalidated and cannot be used further.
16. A maximum of 1 (one) voucher may be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, per address per invoice/bill during the promotion period.
17. Only one voucher per booking will be entertained. Multiple Vouchers cannot be booked together.
18. If you are registered with Do Not Disturb (DND) service, you will not receive an SMS confirmation from us. Please mail us at feedback@bigcity.in for any queries. If Premier Sales Promoons Pvt. Ltd has already emailed or sent by SMS, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd will not re-send the voucher code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the entrant.
19. The “How to Redeem” instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions. For detailed T&C’s please visit www.nfactiheartoffer.com. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
20. Cargill India Pvt. Ltd or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible in case the Voucher codes have expired for any reason whatsoever.
21. Cargill India Pvt. Ltd. or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd are not responsible for any loss or theft of the Vouchers.
22. No duplicate Voucher shall be issued to the customers.
23. Cargill India Pvt. Ltd Or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's
or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
24. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
25. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter
reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
26. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether
successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
27. Cargill India Pvt. Ltd Or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. Vouchers are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning the quality/ availability of featured offers. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
28. In the event of a large promotional uplift, venues/agencies reserve the right to book voucher holders up to 3 months from the date our agents call you to make a promotional booking.
29. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, Vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
30. Cargill India Pvt. Ltd does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered as Vouchers under the Offer. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. of such a product or service.
31. The Terms and Conditions of the offer can be changed during the promotional period by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or by Cargill India Pvt. Ltd.
32. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.
